Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, St. Patrick's Day), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $300

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Sale items and personalized items are final sale.

How to Return

1. Email us at orders@lilyspadstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. If the item you want is available, we'll ship it as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
